Joanina – founder/chief creative officer with Adelle – partner/chief executive officer
Joanina began Studio Stirling with her photographer husband David, who tragically passed away in 2017.
Adelle recently joined Joanina as a partner in the business. Joanina and Adelle first worked together 30 years back when they began a design and advertising agency Cross Colours. Their multi award-winning agency was successful for 20 years until they sold it to IPG network, for MullenLowe. Joanina sat on judging panels of local and international award ceremonies. Highly energetic, she loves all forms of visual communication and is a keen observer of current developments in many related fields. She loves designing hanging furniture – a passion that she has had for a long time – and recalls returning from a trip with a hanging chair in tow!
Adelle, previously the Managing Partner and CEO of their business, left after the sale to begin Executive Coaching, a practice she has had for the past 10 years. Adelle has joined Joanina’s business to assist with growth, management, operations and marketing.
As a result of their long and strong relationship the two are excited to journey together once again with lots of artistic expression, laughter and the love they always enjoyed, so that they can continue to supply a selective clientele all over the world.
